PLACING AN ORDER

- Orders can be placed via e-mail, fax, phone or standard mail

ORDER REQUIREMENTS

- No minimum order required

- 1st time orders must be Pre-Paid or COD unless credit references have been submitted and approved

SHIPPING

- All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified

- All orders will be shipped using Lacey Legs UPS Account # unless otherwise specified

- Shipping costs will appear as a line item on the customer's invoice

BACKORDERS

- Lacey Legs makes every effort to have 100% order fulfillment upon initial order placement

- However, in the event that items are backordered, they will be handled in the following manner:

      - All backordered items will be shipped as product is available (unless otherwise specified)

      - Backorders will ship as long as original order date is within a timeframe deemed reasonable by Lacey Legs

RETURN POLICY

- Product returns will be accepted for 10 days following date of invoice

- Unless the product being returned was shipped in error, it will be the responsibility of the customer to cover costs associated with returning product

- Returned product must be received in resalable condition to receive credit (i.e. no price tags, damage to packaging, etc.)

- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
